The Ford Fiesta gets a new version, the ST 200, even more sport than the ST on the European market.
The new version ST 200will be presented in Geneva, maintains the 1.6 turbocharged Ecoboost engine, now revised to reach the power of 200 HP and torqueof 29.6 m.kgf in present-day ST. power is 182 HP and 24.5 m.kfg.
During overboost (temporary pressure of the turbo) the power reaches 215 HP and 32.6 m.kgf.
As was reported by Ford, the ST 200 goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds and reaches 230 km/h, against 6.9 s and 220 km/h basic ST.
The changes include more low and firm suspension, larger brakes and stability control and revisions to the torque vectoring system. 17-inch wheels, red brake calipers and Recaro seats complete the sports package.
